VISAS

The Visa Office is open by appointment on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. To make an appointment by telephone call Vodafone Call Center at 090070678 or, as an alternative, address to the telefax or the email of  the Consular Chancellery.  Everyday (Friday and Saturday excluded) from 1 pm. to 3 pm. the Visa Office is also available to answer and give any relevant information required.

Schengen Visas:
Official Information on Schengen visa (when and which kind of visa is required to enter Italy, how to apply for it etc…) is available for download in English, French and Spanish at www.esteri.it/visti/index_eng.asp

For further information on Schengen Visas, please contact the Visa Office on 0020 02 27730110 / 27730109 from Sunday to Thursday from 1 pm to 3 pm Please note that you can book an appointment for the Visa Office of the Consulate of Italy in Cairo only by calling the Vodafone Visa Appointment Center on 090070678 (landline) or 2101 (Vodafone mobiles). Call fee is 2 LE / min.

By calling the Vodafone Visa Appointment Center (every day between 8 am and 8 pm) you can:
 -  book an appointment for the Visa Office in Cairo
 -  receive information on the documents required to apply for a Schengen Visa.

Cost of visa

 
Since 13.11.2012 fees for visa application processing are as follows:

• Short term Visa:  60 euro
• Long term Visa: 116 Euro
